Mother cat (roughly 1) and two kittens (3-4 months) found outside the housing community (Rochelle Manor) on Victoria Avenue. A resident told me a man in the gated community has been feeding strays but I've seen multiple unspayed males, as well as some with tumours and illness. The two females I've seen were both pregnant, kittens constantly around. The mother and kittens seem to be living in a bush. I would have brought them in but have 2 cats and a tiny house.
