ISPCA Strategic Framework 2023 – 2027
On 27th January 2016, the ISPCA highlighted over 3,000 disturbing incidences of animal cruelty reported to the helpline in 2015 and is calling on the public to become responsible pet owners and to be ambassadors for helpless animals by reporting any cases of animal cruelty they come across online here or by calling the National Animal Cruelty Helpline 1890 515 515 in confidence.
