Chief Inspector Conor Dowling responded to a complaint in the Carlow area and found a very underweight pony living in completely unsuitable conditions. The Piebald gelding was tethered to a fence and surrounded by potentially dangerous debris. His coat was also dirty and unkempt.

Ollie, as he is now lovingly called, is making fantastic progress and should soon be available for rehoming.
