Jack of all hearts finds loving forever home

Because of the amazing people who support the ISPCA, unwanted and unloved animals find their happy new forever homes each year. We are delighted to introduce you to one of our first adoptions of 2023.

Meet Jack

Jack was without a home for over six months after he was surrendered to the ISPCA.

When his new owners went to visit three dogs to find a potential companion for their other dog, they didn’t get very far. His new owner told us that Jack stuck his head over the fence as they were walking past, and chose him.

Jack went to his new home the following day, January 15th.  His owner thinks that Jack’s mother must have had a ‘dalliance with a giraffe’ as he is so big. This handsome giant is also graceful and regal and is constantly complimented when out for walks.

After an initial standoff, Jack and his new brother Hunter, have settled into a ‘wrestling’ style of play fighting and are now sharing the same couch.

Jack’s new owners try not to think where Jack would be if it were not for ISPCA supporters.

If you are ready to welcome a new furrever family member into your home, we have lots of wonderful dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, horses, ponies and donkeys; and rabbits, ready to meet you. Please consider adopting and visit https://www.ispca.ie/rehoming/
