The ISPCA is calling on our supporters, friends, heroes and champions to sign up to the 2019 Vhi Women's Mini Marathon in aid of the ISPCA, to help support the growing demand for our services. #RuntoRehome is all about finding loving homes for the animals we have rescued. Your fundraising efforts will help us to rescue, rehabilitate and responsibly rehome the many animals that have been cruelly treated, neglected and abused.
This year we are asking 100 animal lovers to join us, and each raise €170 for veterinary treatment to give a clean bill of health to help an animal in our care. This is a vital step in their rehabilitation before we find a secure new home where they will be loved and cared for, for the rest of their lives. By having a lot of caring people help just a little, more and more animals across our three Centres will be helped along on their journey to recovery, and eventual rehoming.
So bring along work colleagues, friends, mothers, sisters, and daughters to join you, and get ready to walk, jog or run for the ISPCA!
Taking part and making a difference involves three simple steps:
1. Register for the Vhi Women's Mini Marathon at www.vhiwomensminimarathon.ie
2. Sign up to receive an ISPCA marathon pack.
3. Set up your on-line fundraising page to get started. Everyday Hero , JustGiving and iDonate are some of the online fundraising platforms you can sign up to that make fundraising easy.
