Roy

Roy is a lovely, affectionate dog who seems to love having human company. His warm personality makes him a great mentor for the other dogs in his group who are not as confident, showing them that humans aren’t as big and scary as they look! He loves his walks, and has shown he can be very well behaved both on and off the lead. Caution is advised if there are horses nearby though as on one occasion, Roy’s curiosity got the better of him and one of our horses was not impressed! He is a very friendly dog who would make a great companion or farm dog. We hope he can find a home where he can get the love and attention he deserves. We will continually test him with other dogs, and eventually cats to give him the best possibility of rehoming. He will soon be fully vaccinated and neutered, and ready to start a new life. BACKGROUND: Roy was removed from a property where he was accompanied by over thirty other dogs in unsuitable living conditions. He had only a tiny concreted enclosure to move around and had to share a very small makeshift kennel with 2 other dogs. If this beautiful boy is the one for you, you can complete an application form with this link, http://ispca.ie/rehoming/dog-rehoming-form, or you can call us on 043 3325035 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Your new best friend could be waiting.
