Heidi is a beautiful young, female lurcher who came into the care of the KWWSPCA recently as a cruelty case. She can be a little shy of new people and it takes her a little while to get used to them, but once she gets to know someone, she is very friendly and gentle. She is living in a foster home at the moment and her fosterers love her and say that she gets on very well with children and with other dogs and is OK with cats - once corrected she will leave them alone. She has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and is ready to find her new family. As Heidi is in a foster home in Athy, an appointment will have to be made to visit her, so please call 087 1279835 if you would like to see her or find out more about her. We ask for a minimum donation of €130 when we rehome a dog to partly cover their veterinary and other costs, and a home check is needed.

Heidi is currently in the care of the.. Kildare and West Wicklow S.P.C.A

All cats and dogs from the Kildare & West Wicklow SPCA are fully vaccinated, treated for worms & fleas and neutered (when of age). Dogs from the pound will also be microchipped. We request a rehoming fee of €100 for adult dogs & €75 for pups to partly offset our vet costs. A dog licence must be purchased for any dog originating from the pound'
