Carter

Carter is a very quiet dog, who is still working on building trust with people. He will need a patient owner with the time and energy that Carter needs to bring him out of his shell and fulfil his potential. With this in mind, we would recommend that Carter to go to a home with only adults, or older children who are experienced with dogs and will give him the space that he needs. However, he is a very handsome boy and will make a great pet for the right owner. He is fully vaccinated and is neutered, and we will continually test him with cats, other dogs and horses to give him the best possible opportunity at a fresh start in life. He is slowly learning to walk on a lead, and will continue his training while he is here. BACKGROUND: Carter was removed from a property where he was accompanied by over thirty other dogs in unsuitable living conditions. He was underweight from having to share inadequate amounts of food with several other dogs, but is slowly getting better and better since his arrival at the NAC. If this beautiful boy is the one for you, you can complete an application form with this link, http://ispca.ie/rehoming/dog-rehoming-form, or you can call us on 043 3325035 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Your new best friend could be waiting.
