This little Jack Russell was dumped on an estate in Castlerea at around 7.30pm on Tuesday evening. We are taking care of her and do not expect anyone to come forward to claim her, if they do there will be a great deal to explain. We are calling her Belle, a name given to her by one of the ladies who had kind hearts enough to take in her in and contact us.She has been to the vet and seems in reasonable shape considering her advanced years. We will wait the necessary time before considering rehoming her and are amazed at how well she is responding to a little kindness. Found on our doorstep on 23rd January. Sheepdog and two young tabby cats. Dog is very protective of cats so they are obviously together. In good condition. Dog has a collar but no tag.
