A little foal, now named Bert by the caring staff at the ISPCA Victor Dowling Equine Rescue Centre, is making a fantastic recovery from injuries caused to him around Halloween. more info
The equine carers have dedicated much time and care in helping Bert recover from the sore and painful injuries, caused to him in a sensless act of cruelty.
