The annual Scruffs Dog Show took place at Belvedere House and Gardens last weekend in aid of the ISPCA, and we want to thank the fabulous organizers at Belvedere, as well as all the enthusiastic participants, both two and four legged. The event raised nearly €700 in vital funds for the ISPCA, which will help us continue our work to help animals in need.
ISPCA National Animal Centre Manager Eva Ellis said, “We were delighted to meet so many dog lovers, especially as majority of them were very proud owners of rescued dogs from the ISPCA. It is fantastic to hear the stories of determination and love. We were very impressed to see such a large number of well behaved, well trained and well socialised dogs being together for the whole afternoon! All of the dogs are clearly a part of their families, which is always what we hope for at the ISPCA.
Huge thank you to the fantastic team of Belvedere House and Gardens with special thanks to Brigid for her ongoing dedication to such a fantastic project. Massive thanks and congratulation to all participants, and we hope to see you all again next year!"
