ISPCA paid a visit to Colaiste Cholmcille to discuss all things animal welfare

Huge thanks to the Junior Cert students at Colaiste Cholmcille in Ballyshannon, Co Donegal who set up a food collection in aid of the ISPCA recently.  Senior Inspector Kevin McGinley and Centre Manager Denise McCausland were delighted to meet the students to discuss the importance of responsible pet ownership and to receive such a generous cat and dog food donation from the students to help the many animals in our care.  Thank you so much!

The ISPCA believes that education is the key to better animal welfare and responsible pet ownership in Ireland and that an animal welfare module should be included in every primary school curriculum nationwide.
