TV3’s new Animal Rescue 12 part series

We are so excited to tell you about an upcoming TV3 Animal Rescue 12-part creative documentary series highlighting our work, along with a wide variety of wildlife rescue organisations, as they tackle Ireland’s most pressing animal welfare issues. TV3 follow the trials and tribulations as the ISPCA work with abusive owners, help ill-treated animals and prepare for prosecutions.

Viewers will witness many uplifting journeys about animals rescued, who have suffered cruelty and abuse through neglect or ignorance, or have gotten into difficulty in the wild. The variety of animals ranges from household pets, to equines, exotic animals, to a broad range of birds, sea mammals and wild animals. Through rescue, rehabilitation, and responsibly re-homing (or release), TV3 Animal Rescue offers a window into the world of some of the country’s animal rescuers as they tackle the very real challenges facing animals in Ireland. The new series has no presenter, placing the rescuers and their stories at the heart of this observational series.

Captured through a Fly-On-Wall and creative observational documentary techniques, TV3’s Animal Rescue will be driven by an informative scripted narrative that will unfold over the course of each episode, focusing on the passionate characters that have made the welfare of animals in Ireland their vocation. Don’t forget to tune in!
