ISPCA Policy on Marine Mammals
- Acknowledging that there is no humane method of killing whales, the I.S.P.C.A. is opposed to the killing of whales for any purpose except to eliminate pain and suffering.
- The Society opposes, on both ethical and humane grounds, the harassment, capture or killing of marine mammals for commercial and sport purposes.
