ISPCA Inspectorate
I believe someone is being cruel to an animal. What can the ISPCA do?
If you suspect that an animal is being subjected to cruel treatment, please contact our ISPCA Nationwide Animal Cruelty Helpline on 1890 515 515 and help us stop the mistreatment of animals.
The ISPCA treats all calls in strictest confidence. Our helpline is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Our Helpline Coordinator will ask you for the following questions:
· Your name, address and contact telephone number – you own details will remain anonymous but it will help the ISPCA if you can provide these details, which will not be disclosed
· Name and address of the owner or keeper of the animal (if known)
· The animals location/directions
· Description of the animal and it’s circumstances/ill treatment
